When booking, you can pick any available date on the calendar as the start of your stay.
The date shown on the timeline while your booking is being reviewed (before the contract is issued) matches the pre-selected date in your request. This date can still be changed if needed.
The Shortstay team will confirm the actual check-in date and when you can get your keys while processing your booking. This confirmation depends on the outside team's availability and the specific rules for each building.
Usually, the keys are handed over up to 48 business hours after signing the contract.
Once the contract is signed, the confirmed key handover date will be on the timeline in the app.
