Our payment system is prepaid: you pay to stay.
So, your invoice due date is directly linked to your move-in date.
For example, if your contract starts on April 15th, your first payment will be on that day, covering the period from April 15th to May 15th, and so on every 15th.
At the end of your stay, the monthly package will already be paid, leaving only the payment for water, gas, electricity, use of common areas, and any adjustments after the inspection.
These amounts will be calculated in about 30 days, or once the bills are closed, and will be deducted from your security deposit, along with the move-out cleaning fee.
