For your convenience, Shortstay pays your property bills (like condo fee, property tax, water, electricity, among others) and sends you a single monthly invoice for your stay.
If you get an invoice straight from the building or from external service providers, just ignore these documents, since these bills are already included in your Shortstay invoice.
If you hire any extra service directly with third parties, like maintenance, private security, internet, and so on, you should pay those charges according to your agreement with the suppliers—these are not included in the Shortstay invoice.
