When will I receive the next invoice for my stay?

A monthly invoice is usually available, on average, 5 days before the due date, and can be conveniently accessed through:

Shortstay App
Website: shortstay.com.br
Registered e-mail
WhatsApp

The payment can be made via PIX or boleto, until the due date provided.
Payments after the deadline are subject to penalties and interest, as specified in the contract.

If the invoice is not available in the application, website, or email, please contact financial support via the app, in the Support section.
