Payment via PIX

Yes! It is possible to pay your monthly bill via PIX, in a simple and quick manner, with the QR Code available directly on the bill — through the application, website, e-mail and WhatsApp.

Through the application

1. Access the menu “Reserva > Fatura History”.

2. Click on the pending month.

3. Choose the payment method:

   • PIX QR Code

   • Copy and paste

   • Barcode

4. As soon as the payment is completed, the bill status is updated automatically — fast and convenient.

Via the website

1. Access shortstay.com.br

2. Go to the “Invoices” section to view the list of charges.

3. Click on the pending invoice and make the payment directly via PIX QR Code or barcode.

Additionally, a copy of the invoice is sent to the registered email, and you will also receive an automatic reminder via WhatsApp.

Payment must be made by the due date to avoid penalties and interest, as provided in the contract.
Paying invoices on time is the user’s responsibility.
