With the new Reserva Casa system, it is no longer necessary to use the first 5 digits of your CPF or CNPJ to open the files.
You can view all your invoices directly:
In the app, under Booking history, where all charges and receipts are available.
In your e-mail, each invoice is sent automatically in every cycle.
On WhatsApp, as of October 20, 2025, all your invoices will also be available by message, with security and convenience.
Tip: keep your data updated in the app to ensure receipt of invoices through all channels.
