How to make your reservation at Shortstay

Booking with Shortstay takes just a few minutes and everything happens on a single page:

1. Choose the property on shortstay.com.br

2. Select the check-in date on the calendar

3. Set the duration — from 1 to 12 months

4. Fill in your details (name, email, CPF, phone number, ID document, and profession)

5. Choose the plan: Shortstay+ (monthly, recommended) or Standard (single security deposit)

6. Submit the documents: ID and proof of income

7. Add the guests, if any

8. Click on Complete booking — the 1st month is charged upon confirmation

The monthly amount already includes property tax, condominium fee, electricity, gas, and Wi-Fi.
