You can access the payment history directly through the application or via the Shortstay website, in a practical and secure manner.

Through the application

1. Open the Shortstay application.

2. Access the menu “Booking > Invoice History”.

3. View all paid and pending invoices, with updated status.

Through the website

1. Access shortstay.com.br

2. Log in to your account.

3. Go to the “Invoices” section to view all charges, amounts and payment status

Make the payment by the due date to avoid fines and interest, in accordance with the conditions set forth in the contract.
Timely payment of invoices is the user's responsibility.
