To make guests' everyday life easier, maintenance requests can be made right through the app, subject to review, scheduled during business hours and extra costs.
After 48h from check-in, the guest is responsible for keeping and maintaining the place during their stay.
When a maintenance request is received, Shortstay will review it and let you know the costs (if any).
Shortstay offers a fast service with really competitive prices, but youโre free to handle it by yourself too.
Urgent repairs outside business hours have to be sorted out by the guest with whichever service provider you pick or that the building suggests, and then let Shortstay know afterward.
