For maintenance, since these are residential buildings where services can only happen during business hours, Shortstay follows the same customer service guideline of Monday to Friday during business hours.
For emergency issues outside business hours, like locks, leaks, or power outages, get help from the building staff (if there's 24h doorman or caretaker) or call a local service provider.
Just a reminder: after 48 hours, it's the guest's responsibility to take care of and maintain the property during your stay.
