To make your day easier, maintenance requests can be submitted directly through the Shortstay App.

How to do it:

It's a simple and easy process, made for your convenience.

Payment: For your convenience, if the service is done by Shortstay, the charge can be added to your next bill.

Responsibility: After 48 hours, it's up to the guest to take care of and maintain the place during their stay

Request maintenance through the Shortstay app: open app → "Maintenance Request" → follow the instructions. Charge on the next invoice. Guest's responsibility after 48h from check-in.
