As stipulated in the contract, you must request the renewal of your stay or confirm your departure at least 10 days in advance of the expiration of your current contract.
To facilitate this, we send automated reminders via email, app, and WhatsApp, reminding you of the deadline and helping you avoid any unforeseen situations.
If you intend to stay longer, do not wait until the last day. At 11:00 a.m. on the scheduled check-out date, your reservation will be automatically terminated and access to the property will be blocked.
Should this occur, it will be necessary to make a new reservation and go through all initial procedures again — including a new review, contract, and start-up fees.
