To avoid unforeseen situations, we send automatic reminders by email, application, and WhatsApp containing the deadline for renewal.
If the deadline has already expired and you no longer have access to the application, please contact us via the website chat or through the official WhatsApp to speak with one of our attendants.
In such cases, it will be necessary to make a new reservation and go through the initial procedures again — such as analysis, contract signing, and start-up fees.
