If you send everything correctly — for example, a clear driver’s license (CNH) and the complete Income Tax Return — and the analysis is OK, our system approves the booking and generates the contract within seconds.

If the correct document is still not received, our Support team will contact you during business hours — business days, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. (GMT-3) — to help resolve the issue.
Once the analysis is approved, we generate the contract and you sign it directly through the Shortstay app. The entire process uses an electronic signature — no paperwork, no notary’s office.
Signed it? The payment becomes available immediately, directly through the app. As always, we notify you of each step by email, WhatsApp, and push notification.
After payment, the check-in details are available in the app — including all instructions for the key handover.
