What is the minimum stay period?

Flexibility is our hallmark: you decide how long you want to stay.

Minimum stay

The minimum stay is 30 days in most units. Some properties require 60 or 90 days — when this is the case, it is indicated in the property description.

Maximum stay

There is no maximum limit. You can extend your stay as many times as you wish, directly via the app:

1. Open the Shortstay app and access your reservation.

2. Tap on "Extend Stay" and choose for how many months you wish to continue.

3. Our team finalizes the request. 🥳

The renewal fee is applied to each extension, and the extension request (or the departure confirmation) must be made at least 10 days in advance of the end of the contract.
