Reservation cancellation: rules and costs

The cancellation conditions depend on when it occurs.

Before the contract is generated

Cancellation free of charge, with no cost.

## After the contract, before check-in

The following will be charged:

• The entry fee

• R$ 180 per day for blocking the property (period during which it was reserved for you and unavailable to others)

During the term of the contract

The termination conditions set forth in the contract apply (Clause 3). Please refer to your contract in the app or in the PDF sent by email.

Important information about the reservation

Completing the form does not guarantee the rental — priority is given to those who submit all documentation first.
