Before contract generation

Cancellation free of charge, with no costs.

After contract, before check-in

The following charges apply:

• The entry fee

• R$ 180 per day of property blocking (period during which it was reserved for you, unavailable to others)

During contract validity

The termination conditions provided for in the contract apply (clause 3). Consult your contract in the app or in the PDF sent by email.

Important regarding the reservation

Completing the form does not guarantee the lease — priority goes to whoever submits all documentation first.
