Pets: which properties accept them and how does the fee work

Shortstay is pet friendly for small pets: check the property rules and the fee of R$ 100 per pet on the monthly invoice.

Shortstay is pet friendly! 🐾 As most properties are residential, small pets are generally welcome — but the rules vary by owner.

Check before booking

On the property page, go to "Things to Know" → "Rules". There you can see whether the property:

Does or does not accept pets
Has other important rules (no smoking, checkout cleaning, etc.)

Pet fee

For properties that accept pets:

R$ 100 per pet, charged on the monthly invoice
Maximum of 1 small pet per apartment
