Yes, it is necessary to give notice — even if you are going to leave exactly on the final date of the contract.

The confirmation of departure with at least 10 days in advance is provided for in the contract and allows us to:
Send the instructions for returning and handing over the keys
Arrange the final inspection
Close the contract without unnecessary charges
