The renewal request or confirmation of departure must be made at least 10 days in advance of the contract expiration date.
Shortstay sends automatic reminders by email, app and WhatsApp with the deadline date.
If the deadline has expired:
Contact Shortstay immediately
You will need to make a new reservation and go through the review and contract signing procedures again
Penalty for lack of prior notice will be applied
Proportional daily rates may be charged if there is a change in the expiration date between the old contract and the new one
